Collating
Plastikoil of Pennsylvania is the area’s leader in automated flat-sheet collating. Automated collation gives you unmatched quality, lower prices, and faster turnaround on your print projects. Our vacuum-fed Bourg Modulen cut-sheet collator has a densitometer double-sheet and miss-detection system. With 28 bins holding up to 5,000 sheets of 60# offset stock, it can run almost continuously, collating stocks as thin and smooth as NCR and 15# bond paper up to the bulkiest cover and chipboard and inserting tabs - all in one pass. To finish the job, the Bourg also folds, trims, and stitches in-line, (as well as our Stitchliner 5500), producing booklets from a minimum finished size of 5½ by 8½ inches up to 8½ by 11 inches.

Die Cutting
For publication designs calling for cut-out windows, custom trimming, and special cuts, we offer die cutting services.We make our own dies on site, minimizing turnaround time and ensuring quality craftsmanship.

Embossing
Give your project dramatic, three-dimensional impact with embossing and debossing. Keep in mind that artwork, paper stock, length of press run, and other technical factors all contribute to the quality of the finished product. Foil Stamping
To make your print pieces shine, consider foil stamping in a variety of colors. We can foil stamp most papers, making foil stamping perfect for creating award certificates and publication covers. Call us early in your design plans for ideas about adding sparkle and sizzle to your project.

Laminating
For durability and protection of your printed pieces, we offer gloss- or matte-finish films in thicknesses from 1.5 to 10 mils. We can laminate press sheets up to 60 inches wide, laminating anything from press badges and parking passes up to large maps.

Tab Cutting & Mylar Capping
Plastikoil of Pennsylvania is your one-stop shop for tabs. We can cut tabs, cap them with mylar, and add binding-edge reinforcement - all in one pass through our automated tabbing equipment. Custom tabs give your publications finesse and function.

Folding
Our folding machinery can handle flat sheets from 8½ by 11 inches up to press sheets to create folded signatures of 4 to 64 pages. Call us early in your design process to discuss the proper solution for your folding needs.

Miscellaneous Finishing
Depending on your needs, we offer drilling (one to six holes), cutting and trimming, shrink-wrapping, and three-ring binder assembly (gathering, drilling, and inserting pages)
